depolama alanı, yapısının JSON Şeması olarak beyan edilmesini gerektirir ve Chrome tarafından kesin olarak doğrulanır. Bu şema, "storage"
manifest anahtarının "managed_schema"
özelliği ile belirtilen bir dosyada depolanmalıdır ve uzantının desteklediği kurumsal politikaları açıklar.
Politikalar seçeneklere benzerdir ancak kullanıcı yerine bir sistem yöneticisi tarafından yapılandırılır ve uzantının bir kuruluştaki tüm kullanıcılar için önceden yapılandırılmasına izin verir. Chrome'un kendisinden örnekler için Chrome'un politikaları nasıl işlediği konusuna bakın.
